Shipping
- Orders are prepared on business days (no weekends or holidays).

Size guide
- The size guide is indicated in the description of each product. We recommend reviewing it and checking measurements before buying to choose the correct size.
- If the return or exchange is due to the customer choosing the wrong size, the shipping costs for the exchange/return are borne by the customer.
Returns / withdrawal
- Withdrawal: 18 hours from purchase (after that, most items are manufactured on demand).
- Request by email to AUTOMOTIVEOUTSIDERSCOMMUNITY@GMAIL.COM and send the return within 10 calendar days.
- Product: unused, with tags and original packaging.
- Return: paid by the customer (no carriage due).
- Refund: within up to 20 days, only as a coupon/gift voucher with no expiration date (we may wait to receive the product).
Exceptions

Customized / on-demand / Performance products: no right of withdrawal, only return if there is a manufacturing defect.
Defective or incorrect
- If it arrives defective/damaged/incorrect, send photos/video + order # and we will resolve it; in that case, associated costs will not be your responsibility.
Management
- Do not send anything without authorization: we will provide you with the address/RMA.
- Processing: 10–30 business days.
- Refunds: always a gift voucher with no expiration date.

Care Instructions
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
DTG printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.
