Size guide

The size guide is indicated in the description of each product. We recommend reviewing it and checking measurements before buying to choose the correct size.
If the return or exchange is due to the customer choosing the wrong size, the shipping costs for the exchange/return are borne by the customer.

Returns / withdrawal

Withdrawal: 18 hours from purchase (after that, most items are manufactured on demand).
Request by email to AUTOMOTIVEOUTSIDERSCOMMUNITY@GMAIL.COM and send the return within 10 calendar days.
Product: unused, with tags and original packaging.
Return: paid by the customer (no carriage due).
Refund: within up to 20 days, only as a coupon/gift voucher with no expiration date (we may wait to receive the product).

Exceptions

Customized / on-demand / Performance products: no right of withdrawal, only return if there is a manufacturing defect.

Defective or incorrect

If it arrives defective/damaged/incorrect, send photos/video + order # and we will resolve it; in that case, associated costs will not be your responsibility.

Management

Do not send anything without authorization: we will provide you with the address/RMA.
Processing: 10–30 business days.
Refunds: always a gift voucher with no expiration date.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.
